A lot of webdesign tutorials base their articles on having a certain program that you have to pay a lot of money for, and if you're a beginning webdesigner like I was when I started out, you don't always have the money to drop on expensive graphics software and coding software. The tutorials I have written are for use with the most basic of graphics programs and the most basic of coding software (actually, a text editor!). I plan to add more articles here as I get time during my schooling, especially how to design layouts in Microsoft Paint--there are many more options you can use than just the one I have shown!
