Hello! I am Robin, and I am a 24-year-old graduate student pursuing a Masters degree in Middle-Grades Education. I aim to teach Language Arts and Social Studies after I finish my degree in May 2009.

Online, I am an active music listener on Last.fm, an active bookmarker on Delicious, and sufficiently low-key enough everywhere else. Many of the websites also hosted on this domain are shrines to my past affiliations with anime and video game interests, but as I have become involved with my teaching schedule, I have sadly had to put a lot of things on the back burner. I do, however, still enjoy web design, graphic design, and being social online.

Offline, I am interning in a seventh-grade Language Arts classroom and will be student-teaching next semester. I also have a wonderful boyfriend who is already an English teacher, and who has been an invaluable support to me in these past months. When I am not attending class, doing homework, planning lessons, or teaching, I am reading science fiction and fantasy novels, listening to all kinds of music, surfing the Web, watching TV, playing video games or collectible card games, composing music, writing poetry and fiction, singing, playing the piano, and/or designing websites. Either that, or I'm flying home at 70 mph to see said boyfriend. :D
